Shipping & Tracking

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

NOTE: Please allow 1 month shipping due to COVID-19. Everything is being sent via cargo on ships instead of the airlines.

We have a centralized fulfillment center in china that all of our products ship from. Typically shipping times are 5-7 days. Due to this global pandemic shipping has increased to 30-35 days. To compensate for the shipping delays we have put a lot of are products on sale and can guarantee the quality and back it up with a 30 day money back unless you opted in for the 1 warranty.    

How do I check the status of my order?

Just click on "Track My Order" on the top menu bar. If your using a cellphone then it will be the left upper tab. You can always scroll down to the bottom of page and right under the Footer Menu will have a link.

Where is my tracking number?

You will receive an email with all your required tracking numbers once your items have been shipped. Handling and processing your order often takes 1-3 days. If you don't see an email in your inbox from us please make sure to check your spam folder. You may also email us at support@trendyneighbor.com

Where is my order being shipped from?

In order to keep our inventory affordable, fresh and up to date with the latest styles we have a centralized fulfillment center in China that all of our products ship from to are quality control warehouse in New York, City. After inspection product then ships out to the you.  

COVID-19 or Coronavirus affecting delivery?

There are certain delays on all carriers due to the global pandemic of COVID-19 (aka coronavirus). However, we are working around the clock with our shipping partners to ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible. These time are certainly challenging but we hope we can get by this temporary phase and keep delighting you with our best service possible. We are sincerely thankful for your continued support and business.

Which Countries do you ship to?

We ship WorldWide! But unfortunately right now during Covid-19  some countries have eliminated the option to accept packages. For this reason, our suppliers have stopped shipping items to the countries listed below. Shipping conditions are changing every day so please take note of the updates made to this question on a daily basis. We're not sure when any of the countries on this list will be available to accept shipments again. Please check back often, as this question will be updated on a daily basis. Orders with incorrect address information

Once your order has been submitted it can no longer be modified. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be shipped at the cost of the purchaser. Quick! Take a glance or two and double check your address is right! Though we check all orders very carefully before shipping, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information like credit card entries or addresses. Please review your order carefully before submitting your order!   

Returns/Exchanges

What is your refund policy?

We love what we do and we want you to love your items! If the product isn't used and is in its original packaging, unworn, with no visible wear, smells, or animal hair may be returned within 30 day after arrival for a Full Refund.

Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping. 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your goods have been delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund of any kind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt of proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once we receive returned packages they are inspected & will be processed within 3-6 days business days. You will then be given a refund of the amount of the item at the time of purchase minus shipping charges. We are not responsible for any shipping costs, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. All denied returns or returns received after 30 days will be donated to charity.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive returned packages they are inspected & will be processed within 3-6 business days. You will then be given a refund of the amount of the item at the time of purchase minus shipping charges. All denied returns will be donated to charity if not claimed within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 75$, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.     

Damaged or Incorrect products

If you receive a damaged item you must notify us within 3 days of receipt at support@trendyneighbor.com for a replacement item or a refund to be issued. Also send photos of damaged items and packaging it arrived in. (USPS requires this to file a claim). It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all delivers within 3 business day of receipt. Any damages resulting in customer cutting package with scissors will not be replaced.

Accidents happen! If you have received an incorrect item in your order please contact us at support@trendyneighbor.com so we can get a replacement package out to you as soon as possible.    

How do I exchange my order?

We only exchange items if they are not defective or damaged. Otherwise we are more than happy to accept a return (please see "Return" FAQ for instruction) and you can place an order for the new item you would like on our website.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept both Paypal and all major Credit Cards: American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. When you view your card/bank statement the transaction will appear as: Trendy-Neighbor™ for all transactions.  

When am I charged for my order?

To get your items packed and shipped to you as soon as possible, your credit card is charged when you place an order. Though we check all orders very carefully before shipping, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information like credit card entries or addresses. Please review your order carefully before submitting your order!

All taxes are Included in our pricing.  

What currency are your prices stated in?

All products are listed according to the visitors IP address. Some really clever wizardry tell us about your country and we try to show you prices in your local currency at the most current exchange rate. You can always select USD from the top-right Grey tab drop down menu to check the originally listed price of the product.    

Is this site safe and secure?

Yes! We protect our customers and want to keep you and your personal information safe. The solution to this problem is to encrypt your sensitive data for transmission. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) was created for this very purpose. SSL uses a complex system of key exchanges between your browser and the server you are communicating with in order to encrypt and protect your data. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.   

   

Order Changes/Cancellations

How do I edit or change my order?

Once your order has been submitted it can no longer be modified. Please make sure to double and triple check that all items you loved are in your cart, the address your order is being shipped to is spot on, and the payment method you are using is good to go!

How do I cancel my order?

In order to get your new products out to you as soon as possible we can not accept cancellations more than 1 hour after your purchase. If you are within this timeframe please email us at support@trendyneighbor.com Otherwise we are more than happy to accept a return once you have received your products. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Who doesn't love a sale! Because our sales are only temporary, not a permanent price change, we are unable to honor any price adjustments. Coupon codes must be enterented at the time of purchase, no adjustments will be made if a code is not entered at the time of purchase.
